Navigate to Settings > General Settings > Refunds Pin #

Load Cart #

Click ‘Yes, Do It’ #

Click ‘Refund’ at the top righthand corner #

Click ‘Yes, I Understand’ #

Enter Refund Pin and press OK #

You can now complete the refund process #
