Change Multiple Products with Mass Actions #

Let’s learn how to change multiple products with mass actions on the Point Of Sale register. Follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Navigate to Lifelong POS #

Visit https://login.lifelongpos.com/ on any web browser.

Click on the “Items” Tab #

On the left-hand side of the page, click the tab “Items”.

Search for a Product Name #

Click the “Search” field at the top right of the page.

Enter the Product Name #

For our example, we typed in RAZ LTX in the search bar. Make sure to hit enter or the magnifying glass to bring up your results.

Select Items to Update #

Click on “All” to select all items, or choose one or more individual items to update.

Ensure Items Are Selected #

Now each item should be selected to update a mass action.

Choose the Mass Action #

Click the Mass Actions dropdown. Here we are selecting Quick Update as an example.

Update Product Information #

You will now be directed to a new screen where you can update any information for the products you’ve selected.

Save Your Changes #

If you are satisfied with your updates, scroll down and hit the SAVE button.

Confirm Products Are Updated #

Now all of the products you selected are updated with the new information.
