Please Settle Error on Lifelong POS Register #
Navigate to the Lifelong POS login page #
https://login.lifelongpos.com/

Click the “Settings” tab #
Located on the left-hand side of the page.

Click the “Payment methods” tab #

Edit Credit Card Settings #
Click on the pencil icon under “Credit Cards.”

Scroll to “Allow Batch Closing” #

Select the “Enabled(Permissionless)” option #

Click “Save Changes” #

Restart/Close the Lifelong POS App #
- Tap the Settings gear icon on the Lifelong POS app.
- A “Close Batch” button will now appear.
- Click the “Close Batch” button ONLY 1 TIME.
- Wait 30 seconds for confirmation popup.
- After confirmation, close and reopen the Lifelong app.
