Introduction to Mass Actions #

Let’s learn how to change multiple products using mass actions in Lifelong POS. Follow the step‑by‑step guide below.

Step 1: Login #

Navigate to https://login.lifelongpos.com/ on any web browser.

Step 2: Open Items Tab #

Click the “Items” tab on the left side of the page.

Step 3: Search for Products #

Click the “Search” field at the top right and type your product name.

Step 4: Example Search #

For example, search “RAZ LTX” and press Enter or click the magnifying glass.

Step 5: Select Items #

Click “All” to select every item, or pick individual items to update.

Now each selected item is ready for mass action.

Step 6: Choose Mass Action #

Click the “Mass Actions” dropdown and select Add Tier Price (or any available option).

Step 7: Add Tier Pricing #

You’ll be directed to a new screen where you can set tier pricing for the selected products.

Step 8: Confirm Changes #

All selected products will now reflect the new tier pricing.
