Inventory: Mass Actions For Items / Products in Lifelong POS – Update Low Stock Quantity By Location #
Let’s learn how to change multiple products with mass actions on the Point Of Sale register #
Follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Navigate to Lifelong POS Login #
Go to https://login.lifelongpos.com/ on any web browser.
Click the “Items” Tab #
Search for a Product Name #
Click the “Search” field at the top right of the page.
Enter Product Name in Search #
For example, type in “RAZ LTX” and hit enter or click the magnifying glass to bring up results.
Select Items to Update #
Click “All” to select all items or choose individual items manually.
Confirm Items Are Selected #
Open the Mass Actions Dropdown #
Select “Update Low Stock QTY On Location” from the dropdown options.
Update Low Stock Quantity #
- Select the location from the dropdown.
- Enter the desired quantity.
- Click the OK button to save.
Low Stock Quantity Updated #
The products have now been updated by location with the new low stock quantity.
Reports can be generated for any existing products that have low stock quantities in the system.
