Start by accessing the Lifelong POS dashboard #

Navigate to https://login.lifelongpos.com/ on any web browser.

Click on the “Items” tab from the left-hand side #

Click the “Taxes” button in the top-right corner #

Edit current tax settings #

Click the pencil icon next to the existing tax entry.

Update the tax percentage and click “Save Changes” #

(Optional) Add new taxes if needed #

Click “New Tax” if required for categories like hemp, delta, amusement, etc.

(Optional) Configure tax breakdowns for receipts #

Enter percentages under “Tax Breakdown” and labels under “Tax Breakdown (labels)” using commas, no percentage signs.

(Optional) Set unique tax rates per location #

Click “Open Custom Location Rates” to enter different rates for each store.

Fill in the tax rates for each location #

Ensure all fields are complete before saving #

Click “Save Changes” to finalize your tax setup #
