How to Set up Reorder Points #
1. Log In #
Navigate to https://login.lifelongpos.com/login and sign in.
2. Open Items #
Click on the Items tab in the left-hand menu.
3. Select and Edit an Item #
Search for the item to set a reorder point for, then click the four-squares icon to edit it.
4. Set the Low Stock Quantity #
Define your alert threshold under Low Stock Quantity.
Tip: This sends a notification when stock falls below this level.
5. Define Reorder Point #
Set a higher value under Reorder Point—above the Low Stock Quantity.
Tip: If Low Stock is 3 and Reorder Point is 10, the system reorders 7 units to restock to 10.
Important: If they’re equal, no reorder is triggered.
6. Save Your Changes #
Click Save Changes.
7. Confirm the Settings #
Click OK to finalize.
