How to Add a New Vendor / Distributor in Lifelong POS #
1. Let’s create a new Vendor / Distributor #
Follow the step-by-step instructions below.
2. Navigate to the login page #
https://login.lifelongpos.com/

3. Click the “Vendors” tab on the left-hand side #

4. Click the “New Vendor” button on the top right #

5. Enter the business name of the vendor #

6. (Optional) Enter your vendor account number #

7. Enter the vendor phone number #

8. Enter the vendor street address #

9. Enter the vendor city #

10. Enter the vendor state #

11. Enter the vendor zip code #

12. (Optional) Enter the vendor website #

13. (Optional) Enter the vendor email #

14. Enter the default sales tax #
You can change this per product later.

15. (Optional) Save vendor login credentials #
*Note: Online ordering is not currently active.

16. Select Default Product Category (required) #
This can be changed later for each item or PO.

17. Click “Save Changes” #
Review all entered data before saving.
