Inventory: Mass Actions For Items / Products in Lifelong POS – Update Price to Cost + Markup #
Learn how to update multiple products using mass actions in Lifelong POS #
Follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Navigate to Lifelong POS Login #
Go to https://login.lifelongpos.com/ on any web browser.
Click the “Items” tab on the left-hand side #
Search for a product #
Click the “Search” field at the top right of the page.
Type product name and search #
Example: Type “RAZ LTX” in the search bar. Press enter or click the magnifying glass to view results.
Select items for mass action #
Click “All” to select all items, or choose one or more items individually.
Confirm selected items #
All selected items should now be ready for mass update.
Select “Mass Actions” and choose “Price to Cost + Markup” #
Click the Mass Actions dropdown and select “Price to Cost + Markup”.
Markup screen appears #
You will now be taken to a screen to enter markup details over cost.
Enter markup percentage #
Example: If wholesale cost is $10 and you input 100, the new price will be $20.
Updated prices are applied #
All selected products now reflect the new retail price based on your input.
Price adjustment based on item cost field #
This mass action calculates the retail price as a percentage over the cost field input.
