General Settings: Show Error on Clock Out with Open Orders #

1. Access the Portal #

Navigate to https://login.lifelongpos.com/ or https://manage.acadiapos.com/login

2. Open Settings #

Click the Settings tab on the left side.

3. Navigate to General Settings #

Then click on General settings.

4. Locate the Time Management Section #

Use Ctrl + F (Windows) or Command + F (Mac) to find the Time Management section.

Click on the dropdown for Show Error on Clock Out When There are Open Orders.

Clock Out Restrictions (dropdown options):

• Disabled – Employees can clock out even if there are open orders or items in cart.
• Enabled – Employees cannot clock out until all open orders are cleared and paid.

5. Save Changes #

Scroll down and click SAVE at the bottom.
