General Settings: Shift Management #

Access Lifelong POS Portal #

Navigate to https://login.lifelongpos.com/ or https://manage.acadiapos.com/login

Open Settings #

Click the “Settings” tab on the left-hand side of the page.

Go to General Settings #

Click “General settings”.

Enable Shift Management #

Use Ctrl + F (Windows) or Command + F (Mac) to locate the Shift Management section.

Enable Shift Management (Dropdown Menu)

• Enable – Activates shift tracking, including cash drawer opening/closing and shift-based sales monitoring.

Select Shift Reporting Method #

Shifts Are Managed Per Device (Dropdown Menu)

• Disabled (Location-Specific) – For locations with one register/unit. One shift report applies to the whole location.
• Enabled (Device-Specific) – For locations with multiple registers. Each device generates its own shift report.

Save Your Settings #

Scroll to the bottom and click SAVE.
