Exclude Out-of-Stock Items from Transfers #
This setting allows out-of-stock items to be excluded from inventory transfers.
Login to Lifelong POS #
https://login.lifelongpos.com/
Access the Settings Tab #
Click on the “Settings” tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
Navigate to General Settings #
Click “General settings“.
Enable the Exclude Out-of-Stock Setting #
Use Ctrl + F on Windows or Command + F on Mac to find:
Do not include items in a transfer that are out of stock on source location
Click the drop-down menu and select Enabled.
Save the Changes #
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “SAVE”.
Purpose and Benefits of This Setting #
Purpose: This setting ensures that only in-stock items are included in transfer orders, preventing the inclusion of unavailable products.
