Kermit Lowry

President & Founder
Kermit Lowry is the Founder and President of Lifelong Merchant Services. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems. Kermit has over 6 years experience in the point of sale and payments space. In his free time he enjoys traveling all over the country and listening to live music.

Nick Ruggiero

Vice President of Operations
Nick graduated from the University of Georgia in 2018 with a degree in Business Management. During and after college Nick worked in the sports industry before eventually joining the Lifelong team. Today, Nick is the Vice President of Operations at Lifelong and is (almost) as involved as Kermit in all aspects of the company.

Jacob Underwood

Vice President of Lifelong Digital Marketing
Jacob Underwood is the Vice President of Lifelong Digital Marketing. Jacob has experience in the payments and marketing space, he runs the backend CRM and Website Services and Manages the Lifelong Digital Marketing Platform for Lifelong Merchant Services.

Jimmy Raymond

VP of National Sales
Jimmy has been in the smoke and vape industry since 2012 and came from the liquor industry. As a store owner himself in adult restricted industries he fully understands the needs of retail store owners. In 2022 Jimmy also became a Lifelong customer by deploying Lifelong POS across his retail stores and manufacturing facility. With Jimmy's vast knowledge and connections he's always willing to help out in any way needed. During his free time he volunteers with TFSA in Tennessee and enjoys spending time with his kids and wife.

Tori Given

Support Manager
At Lifelong Tori specializes in customer service and technical support. She comes from a beauty industry background with over 15 years of customer care experience. Whether it's a simple unit reboot or an integration question, you can always count on her commitment to answer your questions while also putting a smile on your face! Making sure our clients are happy is one of her greatest passions. Outside of work, Tori is a lover of live music and hanging out with her family and friends.

CarlyRose Raketich

Support Specialists
At Lifelong Carlyrose is an account manager specializing in sales. She takes pride in an excelled level of customer service with any questions you may have. She is your go to for anyone in need of hearing assistance as she is fluent in three different Sign Languages including ASL, BSL, and ISL.She has worked in many industries from Smoke&Vape for 10 years to semi/professional sports and event coordination. Outside of work, Carlyrose enjoys spending time in the desert camping with friends quad riding and off-roading .

Micah Del la Cruz

Micah is an individual with a diverse skill set and a passion for both technology and the great outdoors. As a Customer Support Professional, she provides assistance to customers while also showcasing her expertise in Graphics and Video Editing. With her keen attention to detail, Micah is able to resolve support issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition to her role in customer support, Micah is a Civil Engineer, and holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering. Outside of Lifelong, Micah's interests include sports, art, and outdoor activities.

He has over six years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industries before joining Lifelong. Beyond the confines of his professional life, Ryle places great importance on his personal relationships and leisure time. He values moments spent with his family, friends, and his dogs. Ryle's commitment to work-life balance reflects his understanding of the importance of both personal and professional fulfillment. I have a diverse background across various industries, primarily focused on providing excellent customer service. Over the past couple of years, I have expanded my expertise to include digital marketing and support. Currently, I am proud to be a Support Specialist at LifelongPOS and also help generate leads for our sales team. Beyond my professional life, I am a big fan of basketball and enjoy spending time outdoors. “Isaac Garstecki is a National Account Manager at Lifelong Merchant Services. He is nearing a year of being with the company. He graduated from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania with a degree in Business Management. He has obtained various roles in sales since graduating college which has taught him different aspects of business management. He has acquired a skill set from his experience throughout the different roles in business management which makes Isaac unique. He thinks strategically, he displays wonderful leadership skills, as well as conflict management skills, and he is personally engaged to clients needs. When he is not working, Isaac enjoys hiking, snowboarding, spending time with friends, and watching his beloved Steelers play.”
