General Settings: Automatically Print Receipt on POS Order Sales #

Auto Print Receipt on Order confirm: The sales receipt will automatically print once the sale is confirmed.



Access Lifelong POS Portal #

Navigate to https://login.lifelongpos.com/ or https://manage.acadiapos.com/login

Open Settings #

Click the “Settings” tab on the left-hand side of the page.

Access General Settings #

Click “General settings”

Find Receipt Printing Setting #

Use Ctrl + F (Windows) or Command + F (Mac) to search for the Reporting subcategory.

Configure Auto Print Receipt Option #

Auto Print Receipt on Order Confirmation
Automatically prints the sales receipt when a sale is confirmed.

Options:

  • Disabled – No receipt is printed automatically.
  • Enabled (1 Copy) – Prints one copy of the receipt.
  • Enabled (2 Copies) – Prints two copies of the receipt.
  • Enabled (2 Copies on Credit Card, 1 on Others) – Prints two for credit cards, one for others.
  • Enabled (2 Copies on Credit Card, 0 on Others) – Prints two for credit cards, none for others.
  • Enabled (1 Copy on Credit Card) – One copy only for credit cards.
  • Enabled (1 Copy on Credit Card, No Items) – One copy for credit cards, no item details.
  • Enabled (2 Copies on Credit Card, No Items) – Two copies for credit cards, no item details.

Save the Changes #

Scroll to the bottom and click SAVE.
