About the Product Location Filter #
The Product Location Filter in Lifelong POS helps businesses with multiple locations manage inventory more effectively by filtering products by store. This enables accurate tracking and reporting based on each store’s location.
Navigate to Lifelong POS Login #
https://login.lifelongpos.com/login
Access Settings #
Click on the “Settings” tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
Open General Settings #
Click the “General settings” tab.
Locate the Product Location Filter #
Use Ctrl + F (Windows) or Command + F (Mac) to find the “PRODUCT LOCATION FILTER” sub category header.
Save Settings #
Slide to the bottom of the page and click “SAVE”.
Assign Products to Locations #
Click on the “Items” tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
Edit Product Details #
Search for the product and click the “Pencil” icon to edit.
Select Product Locations #
Choose the product’s location from the “Locations” dropdown, then click “SAVE” to apply changes.
Tips for Location Assignments #
You can select as many locations as you need for the item.
Filter Inventory by Location #
After setup, you can filter and view your product inventories by location within Lifelong POS. Adjust stock, pricing, and availability per location with ease.
