Set Up Juice Nicotine ML Tax and Surcharge For Eliquids #
Navigate to Lifelong POS #
Go to https://login.lifelongpos.com/
Access Items Tab #
Click on the Items tab on the left-hand side of the page.
View and Create New Category #
Click on View Categories then click New Category. Name it (e.g., “Eliquid Tax”) and click Save Changes.
Save Category ID #
Note or copy the newly generated Category ID (e.g., “84”).
Create Juice Tax Item #
Go to Items > New Item. Name it (e.g., “Juice Tax”), set type to Simple, select your new category, choose No tax, and set a base price (e.g., 1.50). Then click Save.
Save Product ID #
Write down the Product/Item ID (e.g., “1609”) for later use.
ML Tax View On The Lifelong POS #
On the POS register, the Juice Tax is automatically applied when selecting a taxed product (e.g., 100ml bottle shows $10 tax).
