Business Insights Dashboard Overview #
This page provides a quick snapshot of business performance for a selected time period (example: August 25, 2025). The dashboard combines sales, payments, product performance, and category breakdowns in one place.
Progress Tracker #
Compares actual daily sales against pre-set goals for each day of the month. This helps management see how often goals are achieved and where adjustments are needed.
Sales Trends and Category Performance #
Shows how sales compare to previous years and provides a detailed breakdown of category performance (example: Toys). This helps management analyze long-term sales patterns, profitability, and inventory health.
Inventory Dashboard #
Presents a summary of inventory performance for a selected time period (example: August 1–31, 2025).
Purpose: #
Helps monitor stock levels, identify slow-moving items, track stockouts, and measure efficiency using metrics like inventory turns and GMROI.
Customer Insights Dashboard #
Provides a snapshot of customer growth, retention, value, and data quality.
Employee Performance Dashboard #
Tracks and compares employee sales performance over a selected time period (example: August 1–31, 2025).
- Total Sales generated per employee.
- Average Basket Size (average transaction amount).
- Total Hours Worked.
- Sales Per Hour (efficiency).
- Profit Per Hour (profitability).
In short, this dashboard highlights top performers, efficiency, and profitability, helping managers identify strengths and areas for improvement.
