📦 Warehouse Manager App: Inventory Management Guide #
🔧 Enabling Quantity Adjustments #
1. Open the Warehouse Manager App on your device.
2. Access Settings:
Navigate to the Settings menu and enter the PIN (default is likely 1234).
3. Input API Key:
Locate the API Key field and enter the provided key.
4. Enable Quantity Adjustments:
Scroll to “Turn on edit Qty” and toggle it on.
5. Set Defaults:
Select the default product category and tax rate.
6. Access Adjust Tab:
Return to the main page. The Adjust tab (pencil icon) should now be visible.
🛠 Using the Adjust Tab #
1. Navigate to Adjust Tab:
Tap the Adjust tab on the main screen.
2. Scan Item:
Tap Scan and use the scanner to scan the item’s barcode.
3. Adjust Quantity:
Review the item details and adjust the quantity as needed.
4. Edit Item Details (Optional):
Tap Edit to update Cost, Price, or Name.
5. Add New Item:
If the item is not found, scan the item, tap Create, auto-fill SKU, complete remaining fields, and save.
🧾 Handling Items Without Barcodes #
1. Access Count Feature:
Navigate to the Warehouse App and tap Count.
2. Search for Product:
Use the Filter option to search by name or SKU.
3. Edit Item:
Tap the Edit Pencil icon next to the item and make adjustments.
4. Save Changes:
Scroll down and tap SAVE to confirm the changes.
