Enable Change Price Match / Price Matching in Lifelong POS Cart #
Enable Setting on Lifelong Admin #
Navigate to https://login.lifelongpos.com/
Click on the Settings tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
Click General settings
Press Ctrl + F (or Command + F on Mac) to find the setting header.
Scroll down or search for the Allow changing price on long-press in cart setting. Click the dropdown menu and mark it as Enabled.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “SAVE”
Change Price On Lifelong POS Register #
Press and hold on the item in the cart until a popup appears, allowing you to adjust the price and/or quantity.
The popup screen includes a quantity field and a price box, allowing you to change or match the price for your customer.
The original price is $20. In this example, $15 with a quantity of 1 is entered to demonstrate how to match or change the price.
The price is now displayed as $15. You can now proceed to checkout.
