Assign the Customer #

1. After adding a product to the cart, tap the “Assign” button, located above the shopping cart on the right-hand side.

2. A list of customers will appear. Use the search bar in the upper-left corner to find a customer by name, phone number, or email. Once found, tap the Customer Icon to assign. Tap “Edit” to update details.

3. After tapping the Customer Icon, a confirmation screen will appear with options: Unassign, Edit, “Redeem $7.05”, “Redeem Partial”, View Sales, View Items.

Edit Customer Info (Optional) #

4. This is the view after tapping “EDIT”. Update customer information as needed and click “SAVE AND ASSIGN” to apply changes.

Redeem Loyalty Points #

5. Two options for redemption:

  • Tap “Redeem $7.05” to apply the full balance.
  • Tap “Redeem Partial” to enter a specific amount. Then tap OK to continue.

Complete the Redemption #

6. Once the customer is assigned and redeem amount entered, the discount will show at checkout. Tap “Pay” to finish the transaction.
