Schedule Product / Item Changes By Date #
Allow Scheduled Save Setting #
Navigate to https://login.lifelongpos.com/
Click the “Settings” tab on the left hand side of the page.

Click “General settings”

Use Ctrl + F on Windows or Command + F on Mac to quickly find this setting header.
Scroll down or use the search bar to find the “Allow Scheduled Save” header, then click the dropdown and select Enable.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to apply the changes.

Schedule an Item to Change Name, Price or Cost #
Click the “Items” tab on the left hand side of the page.

Use the search bar in the top-right corner of the page to find the product. Once located, click the blue calendar icon that appears next to it.

Click the + Add New button to create a new entry.

Open the Field dropdown menu, then select either Price, Cost, or Name depending on what you want to update.

Under the Value header, enter the new Price you want to apply.

Click the Apply Date field and select the date when you want the item update to take effect.

Click Save Changes to confirm and schedule the update.
