Default Backorders on New Products #
All new products added to POS allow Qty to be put in the negative
Navigate to Lifelong POS #
Go to https://login.lifelongpos.com/
Access Settings #
Click “Settings”
Open General Settings #
Click “General settings”
Enable Default Backorders #
Under Stock Management, find the Default Backorders on New Products dropdown and select Enabled.
Save Changes #
Click “Save” to apply the setting.
Item Quantity Behavior #
Item Qty can now go into the negative when backorders are enabled for new products.
