Default Purchase Tax Rate % on Purchase Order #
This can be used if you pay a wholesale tax that is a fixed rate or custom rate per item in the purchase order.
Navigate to the Lifelong POS Login Page #
https://login.lifelongpos.com/

Click on the “Settings” Tab #
Located on the left-hand side of the screen.

Click “General Settings” #

Locate “Default Purchase Tax Rate %” Setting #
Use Ctrl + F (Windows) or Command + F (Mac) to search.
Navigate to: Stock Management > Default Purchase Tax Rate % > Add tax rate
This setting enables tax rate changes in the purchase order.

Scroll to the Bottom and Click “SAVE” #

Click “Purchase Orders” #

Tax % Field Displayed on Each Item #
The Tax % field appears next to each item and can be changed per item if needed.

Total Tax Summary and Final Save #
The total tax appears at the bottom of the purchase order. Click “SAVE” to confirm.
