How To Add A New Customer Through The Lifelong Website #
Let’s learn how to add a new customer to the Lifelong Admin website #
Follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Navigate to the login page #
Visit https://login.lifelongpos.com/
Click on the “Customers” tab #
Located on the left-hand side of the screen.
Click “New Customer” #
Found at the top right of the screen.
Fill Out Customer Information #
Please enter the customer’s details. The following are required:
- Name
- Email or Phone Number (Phone Number recommended)
All other fields are optional and can be filled in as needed.
The Balance field is where you enter the customer’s current redeemable amount—this is the amount they have available to use toward future purchases.
(Optional) Assign a Customer Group #
If this customer is eligible for special loyalty rewards, discounts, or other benefits.

Click “Save Changes” #
